FUCKTARD INDIAN LADY! her stupid name is Mulathai or what so ever.. i received her call early this morning. She wanted to know whether isit okay for her to downgrade from a policy. I kept explaining to her that we cant downgrade it for her. Thus, she lost her temper and shouted at me. WTF. In indian accent. i kept my cool, hold her call and ask my colleagues. She hung up after waiting for 2mins. i purposely let her wait. Then few mins later she call back and ask for jason. Which is me. damn it. The another solution for her is to write in and her request will be subjected for approval. That's what i told her. Finally she understand and gave feedback on my service. She said my service skills is poor and gave her a attitude like it's nobody's business. that totally pissed me off. Early in the morning i got this kind of callers. I wish she get gangbang and wont have the strength to shout again. she's one of the difficult callers i get today. I started receiving calls already. And man it's not easy sometimes. Overall, it's kinda good when kind and gentle customers call.
I'm so embarassed at work. I told eileen to get me yee ling's number. She asked wei ting and now our esh batch of colleagues know about it. Oh my.. it's a sensitive subject. My esh batch consist of 5ppl. ME, eileen, junjie, priscilla and weiting. They kept asking me whehter i like yee ling anot. This is absurd. Talking about difficult customers, they actually are my colleagues. Pris and jun jie gang up and called my extension number. I answered it and i thought it's some random customers that called. I heard some gigglings some where in the middle of the conversation. Then i realised that i'm being punkd'. awesome. haha i tried to prank call jun jie too. I rushed out of the office. i took the paper that have the policy number and called lee lee hotline. Eileen answered, i requested for jun jie. she didnt notice anything amiss and transfered the call to jun jie. HAHA eileen is really blur. my plan backfired after i ask jun jie, 'is my mom still alive?'
haha I had a great time in great eastern since day one in fact this friday is my last day. I wanna spent time with my friends and family in the remaining days. Because ns is just 9days away. WOAH.
